Coach led, group based class that teaches you the fundamentals and basics so you can have a strong foundation! This class is geared for beginners or people who are looking to get back to where they used to be!

CrossFit Level 2
Our coaches lead a group based strength and conditioning class consisting of functional movements performed at a high intensity. This class is a mixture of CrossFit, Boot camp, and HIIT!
